Note
William died leaving a will, in which he mentions his grandfather. This severely restricts how old William could have been when he died, and in all probability he would have been less than thirty. The only William baptised in the Bishop's Waltham area at this period (say 1640--1655) was the son of Robert Barfoot of Droxford.
