Peter's will mentions both of these children, and his (second) wife. His will includes legacies totalling about ten thousand pounds. I have a document from the Irish Court of Chancery regarding a loan of seven thousand pounds to the Earl of Clanricard, hence the description "Peter Barfoot, the Rich". The identity of his father and grandfather is proven in a copy of a court roll from Bishop's Waltham, dated 1770.
